I have made me more compassionate and become more considerate and realistic. I’ve learnt that there is no such word as impossible. You just got to try a little harder and work a little harder! The approach towards teaching students is so different and much butter. The fact that in this school, no students are categorized as “unteachable” or “impossible”!
I am always reminded that I am working for the Kingdom of God and thinking less about myself and more for others. My favorite part about working here is that every student and teacher has the special privilege to learn and grow. It has challenged me to be a better teacher and I have learned to work together.
My favorite part is the caring environment, equality to both brilliant and average students, lots of teaching resources for teachers, good books, and teachers training. Before coming to The Dream School we are told to be strict and put all our students in our grip. We were to scold them, shout at them, but here I’ve changed my way of talking to them ad encourage and love them.
The Dream School has made me work hard and achieve more. I have learned how to build relationships with students, understand kids’ better and help them in each area. The Dream School is student oriented while other schools do not focus much on students. They are taught more on what they should do rather than what they should not.
